12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the City of Calgary, Province of Alberta, Canada.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Medical Meditation Corporation shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from any unauthorized access to, or use of, your information, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
