This application provides educational information and market data only. We are NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Covered Call Pro, including any associated websites, mobile applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to modify, alter, or otherwise update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Company Information

The Platform is published and operated by Medical Meditation Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and its affiliates, successors, and assigns.

3. Educational Purpose Only

The Platform is intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

By using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

You fully understand the risks associated with options trading, including the risk of total loss
You have the financial ability and willingness to bear potential losses without material adverse effect on your financial condition
You will consult with qualified, licensed financial professionals before making any trading or investment decisions
You will NOT rely solely or primarily on the Platform for investment decisions
You accept full and sole responsibility for all investment and trading decisions you make

5. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

The Platform provides:

Market data and options chain information for educational purposes
Automated screening and scoring based on mathematical criteria
Educational content about covered call and options strategies

The Platform does NOT provide and shall not be construed as providing:

Personalized investment recommendations or portfolio management
Tax, legal, regulatory, or accounting advice
Suitability determinations or assessments for your individual situation
Guarantees, warranties, or promises of investment performance or returns
Brokerage, trade execution, or custody services

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Market Data:

Powered by Polygon.io and other third-party data providers
Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or contain errors
We make NO representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data
You must independently verify all data with your broker or other reliable sources before making any trading decisions

Calculations and Projections:

All yield, return, and income calculations are estimates and projections only
Calculations do not account for commissions, fees, taxes, slippage, bid-ask spreads, or assignment costs
Actual results will vary materially based on execution prices, timing, and market conditions

7. Subscription Terms

Free Tier

Limited access to selected features
No guarantee of service availability or uptime

Premium Tier

7-day free trial (new subscribers only, limited to one trial per device and per Apple ID)
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel anytime through Apple App Store subscription management
Access continues until the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial periods or unused subscription time
All refund requests are handled by Apple per their applicable policies

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or hack the Platform
Share your account credentials with any third party
Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Scrape, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our data or content
Attempt to overwhelm our servers or interfere with Platform operations
Impersonate others or create fraudulent accounts
Frame, mirror, or data-mine the Platform or any of its content

9. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, software, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property are the exclusive property of Medical Meditation Corporation and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws:

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent
"Covered Call Pro" and associated logos are trademarks of Medical Meditation Corporation
Market data is licensed from third-party providers and subject to their respective terms

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING THE LAWS OF THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA AND THE FEDERAL LAWS OF CANADA APPLICABLE THEREIN:

MEDICAL MEDITATION CORPORATION, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES, TRADING LOSSES, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY DATA, CALCULATIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS, OR CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA ERRORS, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, SYSTEM FAILURES, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, DATA, ANTICIPATED PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, OR ANY OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE LESSER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE ACTUALLY PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100.00)
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE PLATFORM IS TO CEASE USING IT

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, PERFORMANCE, DURABILITY, OR TIMELINESS, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY MEDICAL MEDITATION CORPORATION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Assumption of Risk

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ANY INVESTMENT OR TRADING DECISIONS MADE IN CONNECTION WITH OR RELIANCE UPON THE PLATFORM ARE AT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK. Medical Meditation Corporation assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any losses, damages, costs, expenses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or any investment decisions you make.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Medical Meditation Corporation and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, licensors, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements) arising from or in connection with:

Your use of or access to the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your investment or trading decisions
Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform

13. Service Availability

We make no guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Platform or any feature thereof at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to maintenance, upgrades, security, or business reasons. We shall not be liable for any unavailability or downtime.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

You violate these Terms
You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Required by law, regulation, or legal process
In our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination: your access is immediately revoked; no refunds are provided for any remaining subscription period; and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to any conflict of laws principles that would lead to the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Any and all disputes, claims, controversies, or causes of action arising out of, relating to, or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or your use thereof shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in the City of Calgary, Province of Alberta, Canada. By using the Platform, you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submit and attorn to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue, including any objection based on inconvenient forum.

16. Waiver of Class Action and Jury Trial

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Medical Meditation Corporation. You also waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any right to a trial by jury.

17. Mandatory Binding Arbitration

Any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your use thereof that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered in the City of Calgary, Province of Alberta, Canada.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the arbitration rules of the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC), or if ADRIC is unavailable, the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society (AAMS). The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in Calgary, Alberta for matters involving intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

You agree that arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and NOT as a class, consolidated, or representative arbitration. Each party shall bear its own costs and legal fees, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

18. Force Majeure

Medical Meditation Corporation shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
Stock market closures, trading halts, or market-wide disruptions
Failures or outages of third-party data providers (including Polygon.io), internet service providers, cloud hosting services, or telecommunications infrastructure
Cyberattacks, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control
Power outages, hardware failures, or software defects in third-party systems
Changes in applicable law, regulation, or regulatory action
Labor disputes, strikes, or supply chain disruptions

During any force majeure event, Medical Meditation Corporation's obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event, and no liability shall accrue for any failure or delay during such period.

19. Securities Regulatory Disclaimer

IMPORTANT SECURITIES NOTICE: Medical Meditation Corporation is NOT registered as a securities dealer, broker, investment advisor, portfolio manager, or in any similar capacity with any securities regulatory authority in any jurisdiction worldwide, including but not limited to:

The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC)
The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA)
The Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (CIRO, formerly IIROC)
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
Any other provincial, state, national, or international securities regulatory body

Nothing on this Platform constitutes or should be construed as (a) a solicitation, offer, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security; (b) investment advice or a recommendation to engage in any investment strategy; or (c) an offer of securities in any jurisdiction. The automated screening, scoring, and data presentation on this Platform are purely mathematical and educational in nature and do not constitute investment research, analysis, or recommendations.

20. Age Requirement

The Platform is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are legally competent to enter into this binding agreement. If you are under 18, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user we reasonably believe is under 18 years of age.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Medical Meditation Corporation concerning the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.

23. No Waiver

No failure or delay by Medical Meditation Corporation in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. No single or partial exercise of any right, power, or remedy shall preclude further exercise of that or any other right, power, or remedy.
